Our Story
The EriPMN was born out of a shared concern among a group of professionals about the challenges faced by young Eritrean-Canadians, and new-comer professionals in pursuing their career goals. Recognizing the importance of mentorship in creating positive change, this group came together to establish a program that would provide these professionals with access to the knowledge, skills, and support needed to achieve their full potential. With a shared commitment to making a difference in the lives of our mentees, we are dedicated to building a strong and supportive community that helps to empower the next generation of Eritrean-Canadian leaders.
Our Mission
EriPMN is a community of experienced professionals dedicated to supporting Eritrean-Canadians in achieving their career goals. We believe that mentorship is a powerful tool for success, and we are committed to providing a supportive and nurturing environment for our mentees. Our program is designed to help new-comers and young professionals gain valuable skills, insights, and connections through one-on-one mentoring relationships with experienced mentors.
